Cockney Epic Poem

Verse makes a strong comeback with this ingenious offering. Two Graves, which lasts an hour, is performed by one actor (Jonathan Moore) in a wooden chair. That might sound dull, but Mr. Moore’s cockney performance and Paul Sellar’s epic poem about East End crime, darts champions, bent bookies and revenge make for a work of rare skill.

Perhaps it can be described as Albert the Lion meets the Kray twins, but that would not do justice to the intense artistry.

I’d be amazed if this wasn’t snapped up fast by radio or TV.
